Welcome to the PCACP Home Page!

The Corrections Professionals of the Pima County Sheriff's Department have not received the representation that they deserve for Wage and Hour matters, grievances, and working conditions. We have united to gain strength in the political arena as well as within our own Department. The Pima County Association of Corrections Professionals (PCACP) was formed on May 30, 2001 and are proud to be affiliated with AZCOPS Local #7077.

By Corrections Professionals, For Corrections Professionals!

We only represent Corrections Officers, Specialists, Sgt's, Lt's, and Capt's because we believe that this is the only effective way for us to get our specialized needs addressed. When a labor organization represents too many varied interests, the effectiveness of the organization is dramatically reduced. It is not that we feel other positions are not important, we just want to be able to represent our membership in the most effective manner possible.
In Memoriam

Today, we look back to one year ago and remember not only the grief we felt and the horror we experienced that day, but also our awe of the many heroes who saved the lives of so many others. That day changed many of our lives and our perspectives on our professions, our families and our priorities. Law Enforcement stood tall that day. Let us never forget.
